We have a seven-day exchange policy, which means you have seven days after delivery to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at email@example.com or text (424) 250 - 0670 for RMA. Once the RMA is given, please mail the item to August Winters, 20500 Belshaw Ave., DPT. 2700, Carson, CA 90746. Please include the DPT. number. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or RMA will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an electronic gift number to use towards your next purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
